Trump re-election

American voters give President Donald Trump a negative 39-52 percent approval rating, but voters say 60-35 percent that Congress should not begin the process to impeach him.

It is really shocking to see also how 56% of voters think President Trump does not respect the rule of law.

According to this poll, next presidential elections look extremely difficult for President Donald Trump to be re-elected. Without any major candidates confirmed for 2019 Dem primaries, there is only 2 that have a relevant positive favorability rating among American voters: Sen. Bernie Sanders and former Vice President Joseph Biden.

2020 Dem primaries

American voters give former Vice President Joseph Biden a 53-33 percent favorability rating, topping President Donald Trump’s negative 40-56 percent favorability rating and besting a list of possible 2020 Democratic presidential candidates, according to a Quinnipiac University National Poll released Thursday.

Forger Democratic presidential candidate Hillary Clinton has the highest unfavorable score on the list, a negative 32-61 percent favorability.

Vermont Sen. Bernie Sanders has a very high 74-13 percent among Democrats, 11 percent less than Biden among Democrats voters.

Other Democrat potential candidates for 2020 Dem primaries, such as Sen. Elizabeth Warren, Sen. Cory Booker, former New York City Mayor Michael Bloomberg or Sen. Kamala Harris, have all a negative favorability rating, while Rep. Beto O’Rourke, with 44 percent who haven’t heard enough about him to form an opinion, has only a positive 24-20 percent.

“Former Vice President Joseph Biden leads Vermont Sen. Bernie Sanders among Democrats and young voters, while soon to be ex-U.S. Rep. Beto O’Rourke is way back,” said Tim Malloy, assistant director of the Quinnipac University Poll.
