Michigan university gives hockey pucks for self-defense against potential shooters

Hockey pucks are being distributed at Oackland University in Michigan as a self-defense weapon against shooters, according to reports. As far as we know, president of the faculty union bought 2,500 hockey pucks for students and they were given as part of campaign to raise money for interior locks on classroom doors.

Six months ago, majority of teachers opposed to carry guns with them as some people in the university suggested them.
